Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a new or experienced anesthesiologist to come join our team and practice at our new facility that opened its doors in 2022!  This beautiful new state-of-the-art hospital and medical office building is located in Mount Pleasant, a community about 25 minutes north of the Illinois/Wisconsin border.   
 
Position highlights
  • 60 beds, 5 ORs, 2 Procedure Rooms
  • Will do your own cases and enjoy a diverse case mix that includes general and vascular surgery, ortho, ENT, etc. 
  • No OB or cath lab 
  • Will also staff the Racine Surgery Center which will be a combination of your own cases and some medical direction
  • Competitive Compensation: $575,000-$575,000

  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

  • EPIC EMR System: Advocate Health, as the nation’s largest EPIC user, ensures an optimized EMR system 
Training and experience required
  • Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
  • Board-eligibility or board-certification in Anesthesiology
