Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is the leading health care provider in Chicago’s North and Northwest suburbs offering a Level I Trauma Center, access to national clinical trials and advanced medical technologies. As a nationally recognized hospital, patients have access to the most advanced treatment in the areas of cardiology, cancer, neurosciences, orthopedics, and women’s health. The hospital is designated a Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology.
Job details
- Diverse patient population: engage with a varied patient demographic and an excellent case mix, including OB
- Practice at a single center – no mandatory cross coverage of other sites
- Adult Only Practice (13+)
- Collaborative Care Model: Approximately 40% of cases are performed under Medical Direction @ 1:3, while around 60% of cases are staffed with MDs only
- Competitive Compensation: $400k+, plus 8 weeks of vacation and dedicated CME time. No nights, no weekends, no call.

Training and/or experience required
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
- Board-eligibility or board-certification in Anesthesiology
