Position highlights
- Full-time practice opportunity
- Two-year salary floor
- Salary range $625,000-$665,703
- $30K sign-on bonus

- 1:5 call covering two hospital sites
- Established practice
- Approximately 15-20 patients per day
- 5 advanced practice clinicians shared between 2 sites for inpatient and outpatient
- Opportunity for medical staff committee involvement
- EPIC EMR
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Aurora Lakeland Medical Center is a 109-bed hospital with 702 physicians in 72 specialties. Level III Trauma Center, DNV Acute Stroke Ready with Telestroke technology to consult with
specialists at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.
Aurora Medical Center – Burlington is a 123-bed hospital with 663 physicians in 50 specialties. State-of-the-art heart care services, including an interventional radiology lab, diagnostic
catheterization lab and electrophysiology lab, as well as cardiac rehab program.
