- 1.0 FTE
- 100% Endocrinology position
- Outpatient only practice, no call requirement
- General Endocrine practice, weight management interest would be welcome, but not required
- You will join a collegial, established team including two Endocrinologists servicing patients of North Wisconsin
- Primary location will be in North Fond Du Lac with one day of nearby outreach clinic embedded in Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh
- APC support as well as Certified Diabetes Educators already in place
