- Full time – 1.0 FTE
- Located at 146 E. Geneva Sq., Lake Geneva, WI
- Outpatient with occasional newborn rounding at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center
- Call schedule – 1:6
- 36 clinic hours per week
- Dedicated MA
- EPIC EMR
- Dax Co-pilot
- Urgent Care located onsite
