- Salary Range: $315,880 - $315,880
- Sign on bonus - Up to $25,000
- Student Loan forgiveness - Up to $100K
- Located at 146 E. Geneva Sq., Lake Geneva, WI
- 36 clinic hours per week
- Dedicated Medical Assistant
- 1 Nurse Practitioner
- After hours nurse triage
- EPIC EMR
- Dax Co-pilot
- Urgent Care located onsite
Training and/or experience required
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
