Position highlights
  • Full-time, 36 clinic hours per week
  • Seeking general primary care, either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • 2-year guarantee salary range: $261,983 - $270,754
  • Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $100,000 student loan forgiveness
  • Multi-specialty outpatient center located at 486B South Randall Rd., South Elgin, IL
  • 100% outpatient
  • Call schedule: 1:12
  • Dedicated Medical Assistant 
  • EPIC EMR
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
  • Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients
 
Training and/or experience required 
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
