Position highlights
- Full Time Nephrology
- Dialysis center centrally located between clinic and hospital which is less than a 5 minute drive
- Teaching is available with Medical Students or NP/PA- per physician choice
- Call schedule 1:3
- 36 pt contact hours
- Collaborate with NP
- Central Nursing Triage
- LPN/MOA support
- EPIC EMR
- One hour from GB, Milwaukee or Appleton, 2 hours from Chicago
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients
- Compensation Two Year Salary Guarantee $392,000-$392,000
- Sign on Bonus Negotiable
Training and/or experience required
- Nephrology Fellowship training
- BE/BC
- Language skills not necessary, but helpful for Spanish or Hmong patient population

The new Aurora Medical Center – Sheboygan County is a state-of-the-art, 113-bed community hospital offering general surgery, behavioral health, back and spine, pulmonology, imaging services, and a lab and pharmacy.
The 115,000-square-foot medical office building houses a variety of outpatient services with approximately 36 specialty providers along with sports medicine and rehabilitation services, and a small conference center.
