  • Full Time Nephrology
  • Dialysis center centrally located between clinic and hospital which is less than a 5 minute drive
  • $392,000 annual salary guarantee
  • Teaching is available with Medical Students or NP/PA- per physician choice
  • Call schedule 1:3
  • 36 pt contact hours
  • Collaborate with NP
  • Central Nursing Triage
  • LPN/MOA support
  • EPIC EMR
  • Language skills not necessary, but helpful for Spanish or Hmong patient population
  • One hour from Green Bay, Milwaukee or Appleton, just 2 hours from Chicago
  • BE/ BC Nephrologist

About Aurora Medical Center - Sheboygan County  
The new Aurora Medical Center – Sheboygan County is a state-of-the-art, 119-bed community hospital offering general surgery, behavioral health, back and spine, pulmonology, imaging services, and a lab and pharmacy. The 115,000-square-foot medical office building houses a variety of outpatient services with approximately 36 specialty providers along with sports medicine and rehabilitation services, and a small conference center.
