Advocate Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Palliative Care Physician to join our physician-led medical group in Summit, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide invaluable inpatient consultation services to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain a primarily inpatient weekday consultation schedule with dedicated workspace
- Collaborate closely with a well-established Palliative Care Team, ensuring comprehensive patient care from day one
- Schedule
- Monday – Friday inpatient consultation
- Shared workload with 2 APCs
- Call
- Shared after hours call Monday – Sunday, average 1:9
- Option to participate in weekend rounding at St. Luke’s Medical Center or Zilber Family Hospice (residential hospice facility)
- Teaching
- Support a Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship Program
- Participate in lectures and have the opportunity to work with learners if interested

- Primary: Aurora Medical Center Summit, 24/7 Full Service, 117-bed Community Hospital
- Additional Location: Aurora Medical Center Washington County, 24/7 full-service 71-bed Community Hospital

Training and/or experience required
- Completion of an accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship
- BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Wisconsin License or ability to obtain licensure
