Advocate Health is seeking a Pediatric Developmental Behavioral Physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve patients at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, IL and be part of the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance (CCHA). CCHA is a partnership between the University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital, Advocate Children’s Hospital, and Endeavor Health. This partnership enables the strategic investment in the programs and services of pediatric subspecialties to ensure our patients receive the most advanced, individualized treatments available. 
 
The selected applicant will have a unique and exciting opportunity to join a team of 5 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers and serve as a collaborative partner within a broader team of outstanding multidisciplinary professionals. CCHA is the largest network provider of pediatric services in Illinois and among the top 10 in the nation. We have an expansive geographic footprint across our alliance and our community has enormous demand and diverse pathology with a large draw of complex patients. The selected candidate will have an opportunity to work at both Advocate Health and Endeavor Health locations across the CCHA network.
 
The applicant will hold an M.D. or a D.O. and be board certified or board eligible in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics and be eligible for licensure in Illinois. Responsibilities include caring for patients with a variety of developmental and behavioral conditions, as well as consultation services for pediatric providers.

  • Neurodevelopmental evaluations of children include history-taking, physical examination, neurological examination, developmental screening, and doing extensive developmental diagnostic evaluations
  • Procedures include ADOS, Tele-ASD-Peds, BOSA, Bracken, K-BIT 
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
  • Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients
  • Salary $238,800 - $238,800 plus $25K sign-on bonus

About Central Chicago, Illinois
The city center area covers a little more than 4 square miles, lying roughly between Division Street on the north, Lake Michigan on the east, 26th Street on the south and Halsted on the west. The three branches of the Chicago River meet in this area and the area is considered the city's commercial hub.
 
The area known as the Loop is a section within downtown, surrounded by elevated tracks of the rapid transit network. Many of downtown's commercial, cultural, and financial institutions are located in the Loop. Today, the Loop is also used to identify the larger downtown area.
