Job Description
Join a group of established pediatricians with Aurora Pediatrics in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin – a safe, family friendly community that offers limitless recreational activities. Due to community demand, it is anticipated that the incoming pediatrician can establish a full practice in a short period of time.

  • Multispecialty clinic adjacent to a brand new 10-bed hospital that opened in 2024
  • Join a group of four well respected pediatricians who collaborate well and cover for each outer
  • Position open due to growth and potential retirement in a few years
  • Two year income guarantee from $288,633 to $288,633 plus sign on bonus
  • Primarily outpatient position with minimal inpatient; no newborn nursery rounds
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
