Job Description
Advocate Health is recruiting for Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our Urgent Care team in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

Position highlights
  • Provide essential care to patients in a setting which offers reasonable volumes and team support
  • Primary sites are Oconomowoc and Waukesha/Southwest Waukesha with potential for covering shifts in Mukwonago on occasion.
  • Group works very well together. They cover for each other for needed schedule changes. Staffing model MD + APP, + APP. Strong clinical support including RNs and MA’s at each site. Excellent Patient Experience scores year/year.    
  • Lab, X-Ray at Waukesha, and Mukwonago; Oconomowoc X-Ray and staff perform POC testing. Clinic is less than 10 miles from Summit AMC.
  • Easy access to subspecialty providers as well primary care referrals for your patients within our system
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

  • Competitive hourly rate from $150.00 to $150.00plus productivity incentives, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits package, CME allowance
