- Join our site known as the 'Pediatric Hub' in Milwaukee
- Enjoy a mixed patient panel of start up and inherited
- The site partners include 5 physicians, 2 APC’s
- The call is roughly every 8 weekends. Call is managed by the nurse triage line where 85% of the calls are resolved without involving the physician on call.
- This is a collaborative care model where the physicians sit in a workstation together across from the MA’s, RN’s, and PSR workstation. This allows for open collaboration throughout the day. Each physician has 3 exam rooms each.
- Excellent support structure where each clinician has their own MA, 4 RN’s for 6 doctors, RN Triage and follow up calls, 2 APCs
- All peds specialties come to this site, it is easy access for patient and there is a collaborative care/self rooming model
