We are seeking two Full Time Pediatric Nephrologists to join our team based at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn, IL.
Advocate Children’s Oak Lawn is home to a 16 bed Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Unit, a 24 bed PICU and a 60+ bed NICU. The pediatric nephrology service serves the consultative needs of these units as well as a 50 bed general inpatient unit. There are dedicated hospitalists and intensivists in house 24/7.
Join our dedicated team of pediatric nephrologists who serve the needs of children in the 9-county metropolitan Chicago market. The group is hard working and extremely collegial!
Position Highlights:
- Join a group of 3 pediatric nephrologists
- Clinical locations in Oak Lawn, Tinley Park, and Downers Grove
- Strong support staff of Nurses & Medical Assistants
- On-site laboratory and radiology in the clinics
- Inpatient & outpatient responsibilities
- All pediatric sub-specialists on-site
- Q5 weekend call schedule with the ACH Park Ridge Nephrology team
- Pediatric residents, fellows (PICU, NICU, Cardiology and Hospital Medicine) and medical students
- Peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, CRRT and plasmapheresis
