Advocate Health's Good Hope Clinic is looking for a Family Medicine physician to join their team on Milwaukee's north side close to great suburbs and the appeal of being in a major league city.
 
Job details
  • Two year income guarantee from $305,647 to $305,647 as well as student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus up to $125,000
  • May be eligible for additional sign on bonus

  • Large multispecialty clinic with great on site specialist support and a legacy reputation in the community
  • Supportive and engaged colleagues consisting of 13 MD/DO and 3 APC partners in internal medicine and family practice
  • Embedded social workers and behavioral health presence to support patients and practitioners. 
  • Outpatient position with low volume call schedule (phone only)
  • Ancillary services on site: Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, Urgent Care, Audiology, Physical Therapy, Infusion Center and Retail Optical CenterMarket leading pay with salary guarantee while you build your practice
