Join one of the nation’s largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a Family medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center - Whitefish Bay in Whitefish Bay, WI.
 
Position highlights
  • This position is available due to a physician retirement, offering the unique opportunity to inherit an established patient panel while also growing your own practice.
  • Join a collaborative team of four Family Medicine physicians, an Advanced Practice Professional (APP), two Obstetricians, two Pediatricians, and a Neurologist in a supportive, team-based environment.
  • Enjoy a four-day workweek with 36 patient contact hours for full-time status, providing a balance of clinical care and personal time.
  • Call is shared in a 1:14 rotation, covering one week at a time with minimal overnight interruptions.
  • Treat a diverse and engaged patient population, with a broad mix of ages, backgrounds, and payer types, in a setting that encourages strong physician-patient relationships.
  • Benefit from built-in collaboration with on-site OB and Pediatrics providers, allowing you to develop a well-rounded Family Medicine practice.

  • Two year income guarantee from $305,647 to $305,647 as well as student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus up to $125,000

  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
