Advocate Aurora Health, in affiliation with UW Medical School's Milwaukee Clinical Campus in downtown Milwaukee, is seeking a geriatric physician to join our collaborative staff geared towards learning and patient and family care at our Aurora Sinai Campus. The position offers great resources including partnering with the Department of Aging, a social worker and psychologist on site, a specialty ACE unit which keeps staff in tune with patient needs and our Most Difficult Case weekly conference calls which are used to discuss best practices to come up with care plans.
