- Full time physicians will work (4) 10-hour shifts per week; weekend shifts 1:10 weekends
- Hourly rate compensation:
- Weekday (day) - $130/hr to $130/hr
- Weekday (evening) - $136.50/hr to $136.50/hr
- Saturdays & Sundays - $156/hr to $156/hr
- Holidays - $156/hr to $156/hr
- Work remote from the comfort of your own home from any of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY
- Support staff includes MA, RN and Virtual Coordinator
- Ancillary support including a large network of specialists, urgent care, lab, imaging and more
- EPIC virtual platform
- DAX Copilot
Training and/or experience required
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 3 years of practice experience
- IL & WI license
