Advocate Health Midwest is offering a new virtual primary care model to bring access, convenience, and quality to their patients. This state-of-the-art virtual clinic will deliver care to wherever the patient is at a time that is convenient for the patient, leveraging technology to offer primary care services 7 days a week.
Job details
- Full time physicians will work 36 clinic hours, with approximately (2) 14-hour shifts, and (1) 8 hour shift per week
- Virtual primary care including pediatric patients
- Work remote from the comfort of your own home from any of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY
- Support staff includes MA, RN and Virtual Coordinator
- Ancillary support including a large network of specialists, urgent care, lab, imaging and more
- EPIC virtual platform
- DAX Copilot
Training and/or experience required
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Minimum of 3-5 years of practice experience
- IL & WI license
